Triple activity for Team corratec – Selle Italia in a week that will see the entire roster involved

Montecatini Terme, 12 September 2023 – One of the most intense weeks kicks off tomorrow for Team corratec – Selle Italia, which will be engaged on three fronts with great expectations, especially for the home races, Giro della Toscana and Coppa Sabatini.
The riders and the entire team, given the double Tuscan commitment, have been hosted in Montecatini Terme, confirming the continuation of the project that for the past two years has seen the locality, a Unesco site, support the only professional team based in Tuscany.
Leading the team will be Francesco Frassi with the grand return of Valerio Conti, after the double injury that limited his season. Among the protagonists, there will also be Kyrylo Tsarenko, a stagiaire, who won on Sunday in the last of the three Challenge races in Puglia.
At the start of both races Davide Baldaccini, Marco Murgano, and Veljko Stojnic while Andrii Ponomar and Karel Vacek will be replaced on Thursday by Lorenzo Quartucci and Nicolas Tivani.

Tomorrow also sees the start of the Okolo Slovenska, a stage race in Slovakia in the .1 category. Fabiana Luperini and Serge Parsani present a very young selection with Etienne Van Empel as the man of experience.
Five very undulating stages await our team, represented by Matteo Amella, Antonio Barac, Antoine Debons, Simone Olivero, Charlie Quarterman, and Jan Stockli.
From 14 to 17 the Tour of Taihu Lake will also be run, four stages for the return of this Chinese race to the calendar four years after the last edition.
Space will be given to the fast wheels with Attilio Viviani who will try to repeat his success at the Tour of Qinghai Lake, supported by Nicolas Dalla Valle, Samuele Zambelli and the returning Giulio Masotto, who was knocked out after his fall at the ZLM Tour. Completing the selection led by Marco Zamparella are Italians Alexander Konychev and Alessandro Iacchi.
